All Outside Service Business
- 1 hr min. for residential customers
- 2 hr min. for business contract customers
- 1.5X standard rate for emergency visits (same day scheduling)
- 2.0X standard rates for after hour visits (scheduled or emergency)
Non Contract
- $135/hr – Client OS / hardware rates
- $180/hr – Server OS / hardware rates
On-Demand IT (PPSC)
- Pre-paid block of hours to be used on-demand
- Payment method: Pre-Paid Service Contract (PPSC)
- Plan requirements
- NEW: Requires signed contract
- NEW: Contract term is one year
- Full pre-payment to begin contract
- No changes to plan from 2009 (except signed contract with term)
- Hours expire at contract term
- No refund or early termination

- Requires signed annual renewable contract
- Requires routine scheduled visits (2 hr min.)
- Requires guarantee of minimum scheduled hours per month
- Monthly bill includes
- Advance payment for next month’s plan hours
- Usage hours over plan billed at plan rates
- $10 / mo processing fee (sign up for EFT to avoid fee)
- Plan hours do not carry over from month to month
- Early termination: annual contract can be bought out at remaining monthly plan rates with immediate cancelation of services and a final processing fee (if non-EFT)
