Upon arrival at The MacExperince, we diagnose your laptop by one of our Apple certified technicians. Once your diagnostic is complete, a service representative will contact you with the findings and give you options for repairing your laptop.
If you decide to approve your repair quote, the $90 diagnostic fee will apply towards the repair costs. This is for mail in repair ONLY!
We have very flexible shipping options for faster turnaround time with all approved repairs.
